State Election 2018 - question 3 - Improving Park Lands law

Changing the law. Several possible amendments to the Adelaide Park Lands Act 2005 are put forward below.

  • The Act should be amended to make it easier for Park Lands to be developed
  • The Act should be repealed and the Park Lands treated like any other Crown Land
  • Commercial development on Park Lands should be explicitly prohibited.
  • No additional areas of Park Lands should be alienated unless proponents can secure the return to Park Lands of previously-alienated sites of equal or greater area
  • Any future alienation of Park Lands should be prohibited by law
  • No amendment is needed.  The Act is fine just as it is.
  • Other (please specify)

Which, if any, of these would have your support? (multiple choice)
