This Park is one of two Parks that are used as home grounds for sporting teams from Adelaide University, known as 'The Blacks'

It's also home to the Adelaide Archery Club.  Off War Memorial Drive hidden behind high hedges, the City Council has a green waste recycling centre in this Park.
