Our Park Ambassador Rosemary Luke leads a guided walk through this Park once per year (usually in late spring). See our schedule of Guided Walks at www.adelaide-parklands.asn.au/guided-walks.

Alternatively, take your own self-guided walk at any time (with audio commentary) using 'Adelaide City Explorer'

This Park contains three distinct areas that sit easily alongside each other.  There is a bushland trail, a “community hub”, both landscaped in 2016, and a well-used sporting oval, scheduled for new facilities by 2019.

The bushland trail is a meandering path through thriving re-vegetation.  Giant river red gums and sugar gums provide habitat for possums, lorikeets, magpies and other birds, as well as cover for all the under-storey plantings.  The trail is literally framed by wooden lintels featuring dragonflies poised as if to take off over your head at any moment.
