Would you like to be a Tour Guide, to lead Guided Walks through your Adelaide Park Lands?
We are looking to recruit a handful of volunteer Tour Guides to help people "Explore" various parts of your Open Green Public Adelaide Park Lands.
Exposing the public to the beauty and history of your Park Lands is one of our core "Explore" activities.
An introductory, information session on Saturday 31 January will be run by Helen Hutton and Rod Lewis, two experienced Park Lands Tour Guides and professional trainers.
Both Helen and Rod have been frequent contributors to our program of Guided Walks over recent years, as well as great photographers, capturing iconic shots of your Park Lands.
Subject to successfully completing our training, you may be invited to represent the Association and your Adelaide Park Lands, on different Guided Walks throughout the year.
If so, you'll be provided with an APA T-shirt, to represent the Association and your Adelaide Park Lands. But first, the training!
When: Saturday 31 January 2026. 12 noon to 2.00pm.
Where: Box Factory Community Centre, Regent Street South (Regent room, first floor).
