The popular Trees For Life “Regenerate” activities in your Adelaide Park Lands are set to resume early next month.
It’s the tenth year in succession for this program of bushcare, nature walks, watering, and cultural awareness.
Starting in 2016, a fluctuating cohort of volunteers has enjoyed the camaraderie of working in nature and with each other to nurture both your Park Lands and their own spirits.

The program of activities for the first half of 2026 has been published. After a Cultural Awareness event at the SA Museum on Friday 30 January, the first chance to get your hands dirty this year will be on Thursday 12 February in Carriageway Park / Tuthangga (Park 17).
On that day and on later dates (approximately twice per month) activities will be arranged at one or another of three Trees for Life ‘re-generation’ sites within your Adelaide Park Lands.
Co-ordinator Tricia Curtis is keen to remind you that “being outside in nature is great for your mental health and wellbeing.”
On each day, activities start at 10am and include a provided lunch before finishing at 1pm.
There are limited places available for each date, so it’s essential to book. See details and the full schedule through to June 2026 here: (1-page PDF, 1.0 Mb)
