“Trees for Life” is hoping to renew its popular “Regenerate” program of bushcare in your Adelaide Park Lands in the New Year.
For ten years, the “Regenerate” program has focussed upon three sites within your Adelaide Park Lands, bringing volunteers together to care for precious patches of bushland in:
LEFT: Liz has been bushcaring for 40 years! RIGHT: Puneet with rare species seedlings at Nantu Warna (Park 6).
Co-ordinator Tricia Curtis reports that throughout 2025, “Regenerate” volunteers have:
attended 24 activities, involving
146 participant days (i.e. an average of 6 participants for each activity) ; and
planted over 200 native species.
The program for 2026 has not yet been released, but if you’d like to be kept in the loop, simply email triciac@treesforlife.org.au
