The Walyu Yarta Community Garden was established in March 2010, and currently has 49 active gardeners, but newcomers are always welcome!.

"Place of Courage" for Bonython Park

A commemorative public artwork, dedicated to those affected by domestic violence, is one step closer to being created in your Adelaide Park Lands.

The Place of Courage project, backed by the non-profit Spirit of Woman organisation is expected to be built in Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli (Park 27) next to the model boat pond.

The State Government's recently-foreshadowed attacks on three Park Lands sites has raised doubts about its current push to have Adelaide declared a National Park City.

The State Government is like the fabled pushmi-pullyu in Doctor Doolittle, with two heads pointing in opposite directions. Its spin doesn't match its actions.

Today’s State Budget raises the threat level for Helen Mayo Park.

The Budget includes a commitment to spend $79 million over the next two years on planning and site works for a proposed stadium, that would, if built, effectively destroy this site - Helen Mayo Park in Park 27.
